Terms and Conditions



To be eligible for the Legal Secretary course, candidates are required to have:


Secretarial skills such as Typing and Audio Transcription 

IT experience or have completed a Business Studies Course


To be eligible for the Paralegal courses, applicants are required to have:


Previous office experience and skills

All candidates must be fluent in English Language.


The listed computer hardware and software must be available, prior to the course starting date.


Course fees must be paid in full in advance of completing the course.


Cancellation of a course must be made in writing to us within 10 days after being accepted. Failure to do so, will result in non-refund of payments. Any refund will be subject to deduction of bank charges and processing fees.


Courses must be completed within 2 years of commencement date.


Modules are taken consecutively not concurrently.


We reserve the right to change course dates with prior notice.


No refunds will be given in the event that a student starts and fails to complete a course. 


All course material supplied by us, whether written or oral, are for the sole purpose of studying with the College. They must not re re-produced, recorded or copied for use other than for the sole purpose of studying with us.


Non-observance will result in breach of copyright and can lead to court proceedings.
